INTERIM WORDING · UNDER LEGAL REVIEW

This page is being reviewed by our solicitors and will be replaced with final wording. Until then it sets out, in plain terms, how we currently work. Questions: contact@optimize10.com.

Who is responsible

Optimize10 Limited (company number 14719031, registered office Victoria House, 50 Alexandra Street, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1BN) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@optimize10.com.

What we collect

Contact form. Your name, email address and message, so we can reply. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify, and the message is forwarded to our mailbox.

Purchases. When you buy, Payhip collects your name, email address and billing country, and Stripe processes your payment. Payhip shares your name, email and order details with us so we can support your order and keep the records the law requires. Payhip’s and Stripe’s own privacy notices apply to what they collect.

Website hosting. Like any web host, Netlify records technical information such as IP addresses in its server logs to run and secure the site.

Your selection (the basket)

The ‘Your selection’ basket is stored only in your own browser, using local storage. It contains the product names and prices you selected, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time with ‘Clear selection’. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry (our legitimate interest in responding to you), to supply what you buy (to perform our contract with you) and to keep financial records (a legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years after. Order records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it or to stop using it. Email contact@optimize10.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
