The terms that apply when you use optimize10.com or buy a digital product from us.

Prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Checkout and payment are handled by Payhip, with card payments processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your products are digital downloads. After payment, Payhip emails you a receipt with a download link. Nothing is posted.
Because the products are digital content supplied straight away, the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to that at checkout.
If a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t what the product page describes, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Your use of the files is covered by our Licence.
The book, toolkit and this website offer a general method and working aids. They are not legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice for your particular situation, and you remain responsible for how you apply them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
